The following categories of persons are eligible to become members of the Dhemaji College Central Library
- Faculty members
- Regular students
- Regular employees
Moreover, under special permission of the College authority, a person not falling under any of the above categories may be allowed to become a member of the library based on a written request by the person. Such person however, has to pay an annual membership fee and a security deposit (refundable). Moreover, a Proforma for library membership has to be filled in to avail the library facilities by such a person. All eligible members under shall fill up and sign a membership registration form available at the library
Lending facilities in the Library shall be as follows:
- Higher Secondary : 02 Books for 7 days
- Degree Students (Non-Major): 04 Books for 7 days
- Degree Students (Major) : 04 Books for 14 days
- Teachers : 05 Books for 30 days
- Non- Teaching Staff: 02 Books for 30 days
